After
years of saving, begging and Pinterest boarding inspiration, it is finally time
to create the bathroom you’ve been yearning for.
But, what seems like an easy and exciting task
can quickly become a daunting one. With an overwhelming number of brands and
styles, where do you start?
When
thinking about the direction you want to go with the style of your bathroom,
it’s always good to think of yourself first. What do you like? What are your
needs? What do you want? And most importantly, what kind of feelings are you
trying to evoke? Once you determine that, you will have an easier time defining
your style and what you like without feeling overwhelmed.
We’ve seen
our fair share of bathrooms, so to help you get a better idea of what a certain
style might look like, we’ve narrowed the most-liked styles based off our
customer base into four categories.
Traditional: You love all the design that decades past have to
offer. You enjoy timeless classics with old world charm. Throughout your home
you may come across certain period patterns and finishes such as bronze and
floral.

Contemporary:
Sleek
design and pure lines are for you. Your dream rooms are crafted from wood,
metals, polymers and glass. Bold geometric shapes and splashes of color offset
neutral tone-on-tone colorings in your spaces.
Transitional: Do you notice your style is a cross between
traditional and contemporary? At heart, you like traditional designs, but
prefer their elegant lines to be updated and blended with contemporary angular
construction and edgy materials.

Eclectic: You appreciate the old but love the newest and greatest stuff as well, usually resulting in mixing and matching the old and the new. You like surprises in your designs through whimsical decor, or furnishings that infuse your personality into a space.
